Hi Arup,
I have booked a flat in Phase 1 in Whispering Towers and presently staying in this flat for past 1 year. The infrastructure and connectivity is good with Mulund station hardly 2 kms from here. Moreover the apartments are close to retail establishments like Nirmal Lifestyle, DMart, multiplexes, reputed schools, colleges, hospitals which are all approx 3 kms from Whispering Towers.

Well if you are really interested in going for this property, then this is the right time to book a flat as bookings are open for Phase 2. Builders have a good reputation of themselves as one of the best emerging builders. HDIL are into real estate industry for last 17 years and have achieved tremendous growth during this period. They have completed many residential as well as commercial projects and have many happy satisfied customers under their belt.

Hey Shri,
I had been to the project site some days back to have a look at the sample flat. It was nice. The rooms looked to be airy and have 3 sided ventilation. Superior quality flooring. Granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink, full height ceramic tiles.Good quality electrical fittings, concealed copper wiring with adequate light & power points. Anodized aluminum sliding French windows, sound proof windows.

Want to know if its really worth buying a property in this project? How are the builders credentials. What about the connectivity and infrastructure available since I plan to book a flat in Phase 2.

Hi Praveen,
The price for 2 BHK is approx 1.36 crore having a total area of 1200 sqft. 3 BHK's have larger floor area having 1460 sqft and are priced at 1.70 crore onwards. Many banks are providing home loans like HDFC, LIC Housing Finance, SBI, HSBC, Bank of Maharashtra, IDBI and ICICI.

The project has been launched way back in Oct 2010 and currently they are quoting Rs. 11501 as price per sqft. Amenities offered include garden, gym, swimming pool, club house, intercom facility, community hall, 24 hrs water, 100% standby power.

Hi Shantanu,
Came to know that project has already been launched and consists of Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 is already been completed and work for Phase 2 is in progress. Most probably possession will be around Dec 2016.
