To all the owners my suggestion is that you must go into the office of officer city which is in RDC or go into the office of society itself and instead of talking politely with these corrupt officials rather argued and fight with these officials because there is no scope of politeness in this project. They will just make you tired with their false promises and waste your time. I have faced this, my parents argued and fight with them. We shouted at them visited their office several times and then after several arguments they gave me my flat. I know several other people who are just getting fooled by these people. Their strategy is that one will argue with us and one will talk to you politely. They will even say very bad things too. But the only solution is that fighting and threatening these guys and forcing them to give our flats. Go to their offices and shout there seedhi baat karu to hangama karna padega. You should come on sundays in the society meetings and talk there.
I am really concerned about the construction pace and quality of the work. I feel we h ve have a blog or community or groupwe all person can can share there views

Hi Amit, As per my knowledge this is one of the popular residential development by proview Group. Cconstruction work of this project is on full swing. As per builder , possession of this project is expected to be around December 2015 or January 2016.
Thanks Shivshankar but I really have concerns about this project now as customers do not get any emails from the builder regarding the progress. Everytime, they are called, they say that construction work has started again and we will update you soon. This has been happening for the last 8 months.
For the last one year, I have not heard any construction progress in this project and it's in the same status. Can anyone please let me know if the construction work has started again?
I was having talk with a few intermediaries and they said that the work is progressing relentless for the last 10-15days at this point.There was some issue with the arrangement in GDA which has been dealt with... in towers A,B,C the upper floors are being done while the ground floor of tower D is continuous. excavation has started in the towers E, M ,N and so forth.
Sure praneetha, the current basic price is Rs 3090 per sqft plus other charges.. and yes bank loans are available and you can approach all banks and the builder has tie ups with SBI..so it is a good enough project to invest in.
well, if you and 3-4 of your friends or relatives plan to buy property then you can approach the builder or its broker directly and he is sure to give you good dicounts on group purchase....this way you can get your flat for lesser price....
Hi Abhinav, the brokers are vouching that we will get the possession by Dec 2014 or even if it gets extended it will not be more than 6 months so by May 2015...
