Dear Shantanu,
Generally builders extort money and never fulfills the promises and do not give timely deliveries. You are therefore advised to please take a undertaking from them and the get that agreement registered so that appropriate legal action may be initiated against the builder in appropriate forum of law

How to avoid the falling in the pitfall of builder and how legal action can be taken if he doesnt give the handover on promised date.(most of the time their is no firm date)?

Besides there are 3 major malls, 5 Hypermarkets and multi specialty hospitals located within a radius of 4 kms from Hemani Neona.

I am planning to buy a 2 BHK flat in Hemani Neona. Does the apartments have reputed schools in and around within a radius of 4 kms. How far it is from hospitals, banks and other places??

Hi Bikram,
Came to know that Hemani Neona has 1 and 2 BHK flats. Area for 1 BHK measure approx 860 sqft and costs about Rs. 94.60 lakhs. 2 BHK comes with an area of 1100 sqft and the price for the same is Rs. 1.22 crore. The builder is charging Rs. 11000 as per sqft rate. Amenities include play area, club house, swimming pool, standby power, 24 hrs water, premium sanitary fittings, Video door phone with camera in entrance lobby.

Hi Bikram,
Got to hear that the project has already been taken off one year back and work is going in full swing. Visited the project site 2 months back and saw with my own eyes. The possession date is around Dec 2015.
