You are therefore advised to please take a undertaking from them and the get that agreement registered so that appropriate legal action may be initiated against the builder in appropriate forum of law

Area for 1 BHK measure approx 860 sqft and costs about Rs. 94.60 lakhs. 2 BHK comes with an area of 1100 sqft and the price for the same is Rs. 1.22 crore. The builder is charging Rs. 11000 as per sqft rate. Amenities include play area, club house, swimming pool, standby power, 24 hrs water, premium sanitary fittings, Video door phone with camera in entrance lobby.
Hi Bikram, Got to hear that the project has already been taken off one year back and work is going in full swing. Visited the project site 2 months back and saw with my own eyes. The possession date is around Dec 2015.
