Need to make rent agreem ent

Q: I am new to bangalore. I want to make rent agreement for my new rental house.
- Can anybody guide me how to do it myself?
- Rs. 100 stamp is enough or Rs.500 stamp is needed?
- Where to buy the stamp from?
- Where to do notary?
- If I choose to go with agent, what are the reasonable charges?

Hi Nilesh,
In Bangalore there many notary and real estate agents who can help you for the same. Where exactly you are located? It is the landlord who makes rent agreement and if the landlord has asked you to make the agreement, ask him if he knows some lawyers and what is the process to make the same.
