Ok Thanks Mr Vineet. Does the location of the flats are close to Mulund dumping ground and will this have a bad smell to the residents booking a flat in this project. How about the water supply and sanitation. Are there any open drainage near to the project.

Hi Praveen,
In fact came to know that the Mulund dumping yard is much further away from Ashwa Platinum and this will not have any negative impact on the residents booking a flat in this project. The flats do not have any water issues as it has connection of municipal supply as well as bore water. All the drains are being covered with concrete slabs.

Many many thanks for the details given about the amenities in this project. But I want to know does the prices of the flat also include basement car parking or one has to pay amount towards parking charges. Is the project being approved and how about the social amenities??

Hi Deepankar,
Actually the prices of the flat does not include the car parking charges. It seems that one has to pay Rs. 5 lakh extra for car parking. Yes the project has been duly approved by BMC. To my knowledge the apartments are well connected by bus and train services. Buses start from Mulund Bus depot which is at close vicinity from the project and Mulund station is just a stone throw away from Ashwa Platinum.

Hello Sankalp,
I have booked a 1 BHK flat in Ashwa Platinum 5 months back. Visited one of their sample flats and noticed that the builder is providing good amenities like garden, intercom, jogging track, 24 hr power backup, hitech gym and community hall. In fact the project was launched 1 year back. The project is financed by leading banks like HDFC and ICICI.

Thanks Padma for the latest updates provided about the project. What are the flats available in this project and the amenities. Which banks are providing finance for this project?? When was this project launched??

Hi Lalit,
Ashwa Platinum has 1,2, and 3 BHK flats. 1 BHK has an area of 600 sqft and the price comes to about 40 lakhs. 2 BHK comes with an area of 1000 sqft and costs approx 1.10 crore. The prices for 3 BHK costs about 1.40 crore and have a total area of 1500 sqft. The prices stated are excluding registration, stamp duty and VAT.

Hi Rakshit,
Heard that construction of the work has already begun in this project. Ashwa platinum has 2 blocks having 21 floors each and is located in prime locality in Mulund west. Mostly the possession will be around March 2015.

Hi Bikram,
But I came to know that it has only one tower having 23 floors with total 69 flats. Work has commenced for this project and till now 12 floors have been completed.
