If you have liked the locality in and near Dombivali, then go ahead and book a flat in Sapphire Garden or in any other projects located in Dombivali east. Since you are more focussed on Dombivali, this is a good locality to book a property. The prices are also reasonable and the locality belongs to middle income group. So I think you should book a flat at the earliest in Sapphire Garden or in any other projects located in Dombivali east.

Yes you are right Mr Vinay. This is the right time to book a property before the end of financial year as you tend a get a tax rebate. The locality in and around Dombivali is also fast developing in terms of civic and social infrastructure is concerned. Since the property prices are picking up gradually in this area, this makes a good move to invest or buy a flat at the earliest because as you delay, the prices may go up after the union budget and general elections.

Hi,
If I book a flat in this locality or in this project, is it worth buying?? What about the appreciation that I will get in case I tend to sale in future. I am interested in buying a flat in Dombivali and not beyond localities like Ullhas Nagar and Badlapur. Do suggest me.

Sapphire Garden is developed by Sapphire Group of builders which is situated in Dombivali East. The flats have 1 and 2 BHK units. 1 BHK have an area of 660 sqft and are priced at Rs. 16.50 lakhs. 2 BHK have an area of 950 sqft and are priced at Rs. 24 lakhs. The prices are excluding registration, stamp duty and VAT charges.

Hi Abhijit,
The flats are fully completed and ready to occupy. Visited the project and saw one of the flats which was quite OK for middle class income group as far the price is concerned. Also came to know that the amenities include full power backup, modular sockets and switches, invertor for common lighting, granite counter top with stainless steel sink in kitchen.

Sapphire Garden is situated in Dombivali East with close proximity from Dombivali station which is about 4.5 kms from the apartments. It is also near to S.H. Jondhle Engineering College.
