It is very difficult to predict and forecast the future of real estate market since it is totally based on demand supply module and also depends on market forces. Though the prices will surely get an appreciation, to what % is the level of appreciation you will get is very difficult to say.

HI, Since the work is going on in this project, I think in my opinion it is safe to invest or buy a property in Shree Sai Krishna. Also had a first look at the sample flat which was really good with rooms having adequate open sided ventilation. The flats are vasthu complaint and some of the specifications include aluminium sliding windows, all rooms comes with concealed wiring, false ceiling, kitchen tops having granite platform with stainless steel sink.
Hello Vishal, Got in touch with the company executive and came to know that work is in progress and possession is likely by April 2015. The project is coming up in DN Nagar in Andheri West. The flats consists of single block having 16 floors.
