The project is located at Electronic city Phase I and the area is good for short term investment purpose. The project is close to Wipro Company 1.5km. The proposed STRR goes near our project making it lucrative for the investors who seek a better and premium returns for their investments. The layout has been approved by Panchayat.

I have a plan of residental house to own in this project if it is worth.So can you advice if it fine for the same?

I feel it is worth buy as the project is located at E City Phase I, the area is already developed and all big and branded builder like Ajmera, Concorde etc already have their presence in Phase I.
