I wanted to invest in this township. can anyone let me know if it good to invest here. also what are the current(actual) price of this plots.

as far as yamuna expressway concern JP sport city is a better option than sds group resell rate in jp sport city is approx 23000-25000 yard because its near to eastern perife expressway in the future

Hi... As far as the area is concerned, i feel that the yamuna expressway is quite a happening location with the Gautam Buddha univeristy nearby and these plots are around 5-6 kms from Pari chowk .

Hi..i too was looking and a broker has got plots and the rate told to me was Rs 30 lakhs for a 130sq yards plot and the possession will be in another 5-6 months and so the payment has to be made in 30-45 days. I think bank loans too is available from leading banks like HDFCetc..

Hi Raveesh Kumar, I too was looking at this project and i called up the builder and was told that they do not have any more plots left... all has been sold out. They are planning for apartments as well but that is still in the planning phase only...
