What is the total land development area and how many units are coming up?

The project is spread over 3.72 acres of land and there will be total of 340 units. Phase one will have 180 units spread over two blocks and Phase two will have 160 again spread over two blocks.

@Jackie: Hey it is calm and decent neighborhood, a very upcoming locality, lot of new constructions close by. Very close to Porur, Iyyapanthangal etc. Pollution free area. Peaceful life and lot of space around each building.

Thanks Himani. Can you tell me which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project ?? What is the current price per sq ft ?

@Balwinder: Banks such as Axis, LIC, SBI, Sundaram Home Finance , Reliance Home Finance , ICICI Home Finance , HDFC Home loans have approvals for home loans. The current price per sq ft will be Rs 3,170.

Hello Ram, currently units such as 2bhk and 3bhk is available. The price for 2bhk will be Rs 35 lakhs for 950 sq ft, for 3bhk it would be Rs 45 lakhs for 1200 sq ft. vadi is a very nice & decent locality.

It has very high degree of connectivity by road and rail and Optima Upgrade is located just 700 meters from the state highway 55 connecting Avadi - Poonamallee - St. Thomas Mount in this locality. So according to me if you are planning to do investments it is a good option.
