khatha transfer

Q: the builder has not got any commencement or completion certificate from the BBMP, but no major deviations from the plan. How can get the khatta transferred into buyers name. Apartment with 100 flats

Completion Certificate is evidence that the building is constructed as per the approved plan and laws of corporation. It is necessary because the certificate is a proof that the building had been constructed according to the plan which is approved by laws of corporation. he property tax for the property will come into effect from the date of completion of the building. To refer the date, the CC is required.
