This task is situated at Mysore Road and has nearness to class, universities, sanctuary and so on. There will be complete 2 blocks and a 9 story building. They have 2 and 3BHK room design and as indicated by me the area is decent from investment perspective.

It is a luxurious ground +3 floors structure and the price of the apartment ranges from Rs 32 lakhs to Rs 50 lakhs approx depending on what type of apartment you are looking for.

Amenities available in this project are as follows: well equipped gymnasium, swimming pool, multi purpose hall, jogging track, children's play area etc

The project is under construction and the possession is expected by end of this year. The project has got approval from BBMP and banks like HDFC, LIC Housing Finance & State Bank of India.
