Hi Abhi,
i have also booked a flat in Gaur Atulyam project. this project is GNIDA approved. so that can be good option for the investment but there are some limitations also with this project but that's the part of each real estate construction. but overall this is a fine project.

ts a good project for investment and u will get 1000-1300 psf appreciation in next 2 years.its price is 2700 psf for grond floor and 5 % discount on BSPso its gud for investment .
