I think it is worth buying 2 BHK at this price as there are chances that prices may tend to go up further after the elections.

i have also booked a flat in Gaur Atulyam project. this project is GNIDA approved. so that can be good option for the investment but there are some limitations also with this project but that's the part of each real estate construction. but overall this is a fine project.
