@Kunal: This locality is away from city noise, pollution and sounds. A village within city. Calm and tranquil atmosphere. One of the fastest growing area Vengaivasal due to it is close proximity to OMR, ECR, Tambaram, Velachery. Geographically close to city.

This area also posh sweet water of unlimited quantity. Water table do not exhaust even in summer due to presence of lot of water lakes nearby. I think you would be comfortable here and would be fruitful for the investment purpose as well.

Hey Subramanium, the project is located in Vengaivasal It is a very good locality with safe, clean and calm environment. It is suitable for IT people. It also has easy access to Sholinganallur, Medavakkam, Navallur and Siruseri. Good schools are also available with in a short distance.

@Kunal: The price for 2bhk will be around Rs Rs. 22.92L - Rs. 39.20L onwards for 628 - 1074 sq.ft. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs. 3650.
