Hi, our builder is delaying the possession of house. what legal action can i take

Q: hi our builder has delayed the possession of the project for over an year and still no fixed date for hand over.
he is also not agreeing on giving the compensation as per the agreement.
can i take any legal action which can be fast and not very costly for me

Hello Jiten, If there is a delay in possession and the builder is also not ready to do any kind of compensation as mentioned in the agreement. Then you can take legal action against the builder but I would suggest you that before taking any action it is better to send him a notice first. After sending notice also he is not doing anything then take suggestion from a good lawyer and take action.
