Wave Royal Castle Phase II

Q: I booked a flat in Wave royal Castle 1025 sq ft in Nov 2013 but till then there is no further demand as well as no bank approval and construction is also not started. Should I want more or should contact builder on this matter now?

I also booked in this project but requested cancellation of my unit last month. Wave is making fool. I myself enquired about the site details. There is no work yet started. The land where they are planning to start this project is stuck in legal issues with farmers.

Hey, any ideas if any more units are available and what are the prices?
Wahi

well wahi, there are some more independent floors that are available... the builder has got approval for township and is developing G+2 floors. i was looking at ground floor some time back and the price was around Rs 32 lakhs... i think you can get the second floor for around 27L and first floor for 28L...

@wahi, i think there will be some developmental charges that would be paid at the time of possession but that is around 1-2 Lakhs. you can also go in for group buy and get additional discounts from the brokers or builder directly... as far as approvals are concerned, if i remember correctly, they have GDA approval for township..

Hi Rahul, have you invested in floors or plots..and moreover the builder do take around 2-3 years to develop and i think the floors are still in pre-launch phase...it will be better if you contact the bank regarding the approvals and no harm in calling up the builder for updates...
