Q: i have heard very bad words of the area near delhi99 ,oxy homes and bharat city may i know how the place will turn in near 5 years if investment done for future living like water nad electricity supply and no chemical industry like thing in coming future. i jus want to knw as i m thinking to buy appartment in one of these three.pls help.pls give details of projects in near future to dis place.thanks.
Latest Answer: Hi Sandy, The situation of the locality you heard is not like that but yes the locality is in developing phase and many projects are getting constructed all around because of that the area become dirty and roads become conjusted. So before taking any decision it is better to visit the locality urself. You shouldn't go on rumors. As i was stay there for few months so i can say that electric and water supply is better than that of Delhi/NCR.

Latest Answer: Another project, Another Lie... This project is hold and god knows when this would start. You talk about buying and everyone would tell fancy things about project and come and answer however when you show them their true colours about hiding the truth because they knew complete approvals are or were in place to start the project but they still promote it and even sell it. What about starting this project in 2014 then 15 and today there is nothing but the barren land..

Q: I booked a flat in Wave royal Castle 1025 sq ft in Nov 2013 but till then there is no further demand as well as no bank approval and construction is also not started. Should I want more or should contact builder on this matter now?
Latest Answer: I also booked in this project but requested cancellation of my unit last month. Wave is making fool. I myself enquired about the site details. There is no work yet started. The land where they are planning to start this project is stuck in legal issues with farmers.
