Hi,
May I know what is the rental budget you are looking at and what is your requirement. I came to know that rentals are quite high in Kandivili west. 1 BHK flat having 600 sqft area costs approx 18000 per month and flat having 350 sqft costs anywhere between Rs. 9000 per month.

Warm Greetings for the day!!!!. Getting an accommodation for one month is quite difficult because generally rental agreement is done for period of 11 months. Hence no house owners or landlords will look for tenants for shorter period like 1 or 2 months period. You can inquire in any PG in case they are willing to provide for 1 month with basic facility.

That too you are looking for cheap rent for an accommodation in Mumbai. Getting a cheap accommodation is a cumbersome task in city like Mumbai with basic facility. Still you can go ahead and try out if anything is available. All the best for house hunting!!!!!!!.
