Hi Koushik,
I have also invested in this project. Kindly advise if you would want to get in touch and we collectively try to get our money back.

Hi folks,
Has anyone invested in this project? Builder is saying that Annex 1 is approved and Annex 2 is in progress. Can anyone update me what is the real picture of this project?

Oyster Living Clublife, Kandivali West, Mumbai is a SRA project and all SRA project will take around 8-10 years to complete. But as the RERA has come into force in Maharashtra by 1st June. Many builders with their ongoing or under construction projects are registering under RERA to avoid penalty. So, there is a more chance of getting your money back by cancelling your unit or you can stay invested in it.

Hi Koushik,
Do not know about this Oyster Living Clublife but Oyster Living at Dahisar East on highway which has 1 and 2 BHK at low rates. There is separate thread for the same. It is an SRA and apart from sample flat there is no progress on ground for more than 2 yrs. But as far as builder is concerned, there are many negative feedback against the builder and its project.

Yes, almost all of their project are getting delay and lots of courts cases lodged by the buyers. Before paying initial amount to builder just check all the legal approvals, banks which are funding the project, floor plan, commencement certificate and IOD. And most important, check whether the project whom you are interested to buy a unit, is registerd under RERA or not. If it is not register under RERA and construction is still going on then it will be considered as a illegal building.
