Hello everybody,
We have also booked in Kalash 2 and are clueless about the project. Can we please form a group and visit the builder collectively and get exact status. It is 2 years now but Home Realtors are not in a position to give any updates.

Coz Dheeraj builder is also says he will develope same project..there is fight going between them. I did not find RERA Registration number either on their website or any other property portals. It seems to me that they have applied for it and once they will get the approval from MAHARERA, will start the construction work.

Hi all,
I have also invested in Shivraj Kalash in Phase-2, Kandivali West, Mumbai. As per builder agreement if the project does not start within 18 months of booking, they will be paying buyers 15% rate of interest. It is already 9 months of my booking. Hopefully, it will start soon. Nevertheless, the project does not seem to be risky as the Kalash Phase-1 also had slums at its place before it started and it is under construction now. Phase-2 might get delayed but it is worth investing.

Hello Ganesh,
I have also invested in this project in phase-1 and construction work is in the slow pace. I will advise you do your all due diligence and verify all the legal documents by a legal expert and then go for it. Project locality falls under slum area. IOD and CC are in place for phase-1 but not sure about phase-2.
