Hello Bhaumik,
As it is a prelaunch project by SG Estate Ltd. They are waiting for the approval by the authority. And will hopefully will launch in April month as per the conversation made with the executive.
The expected date of possession for this property would be around March'2017.

Vasundhara is a fully developed area, developed by UP Aavas and Vikas Parishad and it has fully developed infrastructure like roads, sewerage, Ganga water supply and electricity. SG Oasis is situated on a 3 side corner plot on 45 meters wide road. It will offer ample light, ventilation in the apartments. It is located in walking distance from major schools, shopping places and hospitals/ nursing homes. Educational Institutes like Amity International, Mewar Institute, Jaipuria Institute, DPS Vasundhara in vicinity.
This locality has a developed infrastructure like Hospitals and Schools, Roads, Sewerage, Power, Public Transportation, Parks, Commercial Markets, within 2km radius.

As i mention you above that it is freehold land alloted by UPAVP. So, there is no obligation regarding land acquisition or sanction of plan. It will get approval soon.
Total nos of units being constructed under this projects are 150 and fewer of them have been sold out. Only mixed units are available for booking.
