Want to know how good is the connectivity and infrastructure facilities available?? Is the project duly approved by concerned body and which banks are giving finance?? Do specify.
Hello Ashish, The project has all the required approval and sanction from CIDCO since the locality falls under their jurisdiction. Came to know that the connectivity and infrastructure is excellent. The proposed rail link from Uran to CST is underway and will get completed by 2017. Another major advantage is the construction of the proposed airport at Ulwe which will boost the property prices. The project are located close to SeaWoods and is approx 10 kms from Vashi. The nearest railway station is the Bamandongiri railway station which serves as a major connectivity to Ulwe.
Dear Vineet, The project has 1,2, and 3 BHK flats with lovely amenities. The builder is providing club house and gym at the terrace of the flat. The cost for 1 BHK having an area of 715 sqft comes to approx 43 lakhs which includes car parking charges. 2 BHK have an area of 1100 sqft and price comes to about 70 lakhs including car parking. 3 BHK have an area of 1515 sqft and the price comes to approx 80 lakhs which includes car parking + registration and stamp duty charges. They are quoting Rs. 5500 per sqft.

Does the price is inclusive of car parking or exclusive of car parking. What is the price per sqft the builder is quoting right now?? Do let me know??
