Since I have booked a 2 BHK flat in this project 3 months back, got to know from the builder that the project is duly approved and sanctioned by CIDCO which is the main concerned authority in this region. If you are opting for loan then several leading major banks like HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis bank, IndiaBulls, LIC Housing Finance are financing the project.
