Hello Suresh,
What about the connectivity to this place. I dont want to buy a property which is very interior as I will face difficulty in commuting. Presently staying at Mankurd and working at Vashi.

Hi Sunil,
As far as the transport and connectivity is concerned, it is not a big issue. Many rapid developments are taking place in this locality. The work for railway line connecting Uran to CST via Ulwe is in progress. The proposed airport at Ulwe is also coming up which will further boost the real estate prices. More over many commercial establishments, malls and shopping plazas are coming up along this stretch. Not only this, the project is also located close to Vashi which is just 10 kms from Ulwe and at close proximity from Seawoods. The nearest railway station is the Bamandongiri railway station.

How ru doing??. I came to know that the flats have 1 and 2 BHK units available. It is situated in Sector 5 in Ulwe. 1 BHK comes with an area of 670-725 sqft and the price comes to approx 37 lakhs. 2 BHK have an area ranging from 1000-1140 sqft and costs approx 55 lakhs onwards excluding registration and other charges. Yes the bookings have commenced for this project some time back.

Dear Kishore,
The project is wholly approved and has got required approvals from CIDCO. The builder is providing some best in class amenities like swimming pool, gym, private garden, club house, all rooms with concealed wiring, modular kitchen with stainless sink and granite platform. Heard that they are charging Rs. 5500 as rate per sqft.

Hi Shri,
Glad to know that you have shown keen interest in this project. Looks to be a good project. Came to know that they are giving possession by April 2016. In fact they have launched the project 1 year back in 2013 and construction of the work is in full swing.

Hmmm. OK. Thats nice to know. May I know what are the flats available in this project, its price and the amenities offered?? Is the project being approved or not by concerned authorities?? What is the present price per sqft the builder is quoting?? Has the bookings started?? Let me know about it.
