Q: I want to know that if one has to pay extra towards car parking or it includes in the cost of the flat?? I am planning to book a flat in this project.

Dear Vineet, As per to my knowledge there is no question arising out of water problems since the apartments have water line connection sanctioned by concerned board. Moreover the flats also have deep bore dug to meet the daily requirements. Yes the project is being approved and sanctioned by CIDCO. You can get the Occupancy Certificate only after the project gets completed and when you are ready to move in. The occupancy certificate has to be given by the builder at the time of occupying the property.

Dear Shantanu, Since I have booked a 1 BHK flat this Jan, came to know from marketing guy that the project was launched about 5 months back. Work has already been started and possession is likely by Sep 2016.They are quoting Rs. 6000 as the rate per sqft. Many public as well as private sector banks like SBI, Axis bank, HDFC, HSBC, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra bank and LIC Housing Finance are providing loans for this project. In fact I have applied for loan with HDFC bank.
Hello Padma, I came to know that Sunny Orchid Bliss has 1 and 2 BHK specifications. The area for 1 BHK differs from 670-725 sqft and are priced at Rs. 40.20-43.50 lakhs. 2 BHK has bigger area measuring 1000-1140 sqft and costs about Rs. 60-68.40 lakhs. The prices quoted are excluding registration and stamp duty charges.

In fact spoke with the sales executive of the company and got it confirmed that car parking charges are to be paid extra and does not include in the cost of the flat. It seems that the cost for open car parking is Rs. 2 lakhs and for closed car parking it is Rs. 3 lakhs.
