Well as far as i am aware , the whole township has the GDA approval and all major nationalised and private banks are providing 80%loan for this project. banks like SBI, HDFC,ICICI,PNB,LIC etc... this is enroute from indirapuram to hapur after lalkuan and there is the columbia asia hospital on the other side of the road..overall i will say it does have a good locational advantage.
Hello Dinesh, there are 2bhks of 1020sqft and 3 bhks of 1300sqft that are avaialble for a basic sale price of Rs 2400-2500/sqft. which means that an all inclusive 2bhk will cost you around Rs 30Lakhs. this is a high rise building and if you are ok with the top floors that is 10th floor and above you can get it for around Rs 28Lakhs...
Well kanika, i was conversing with a broker for this project and he told me about a resale that he did for one of his clients.. it seems that the client has paid around 7 lakhs and in 6 months he sold it for a profit of 5 lakh rupees... also this is part of the prestigious township project called wave city..so surely you can see good appreciations.
Well in this 4500acre township both residential and commercial projects are planned.. there will be schools, hospitals , malls, retail shops, iscon temple gurudwara etc inside the campus and the other fetaures offered is 2 tier security , power back up etc... the towers of gulmohar vatika will be in sector 5 of the wave city.
