Q: I am planning to book a 2 BHK flat in this project. Will somebody let me know if there is any water crisis in the apartments?? Is anybody on the same boat??
Mr Sunil, Since I have booked a 2 BHK flat in this project 3 months back, got to know from the builder that the project is duly approved and sanctioned by CIDCO which is the main concerned authority in this region. If you are opting for loan then several leading major banks like HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis bank, IndiaBulls, LIC Housing Finance are financing the project.
Hi Ravi, Its not that all the builder is providing. In fact they are also giving some extra facilities and benefits like video Door Phone Security with Intercom System, cable and phone points in living as well as in bedrooms, kitchen with granite flooring with stainless steel sink and drain board, provision for exhaust fan and chimney hob, anti skid tiles in bathrooms with latest sanitary fittings and much more. Since you are the one who is going to reside you have to take a ultimate decision whether to book or not. The ball is in your court.
Hey looks like the amenities are off world class. Wow!!!!!!! But want to know if the project has been sanctioned by concerned bodies or not and also what are the banks are offering loans for this project??
Hi Ashish, In fact this is a big relief that there is no water problems in this project since I came to know that some projects located in Ulwe has water crisis or rather irregular water supply. Thank God!!!! There is nothing of sort in this project. Then let me know what are the flats available and the price? How good are the amenities?? Is it worth a buy by paying such huge amount. Do confirm and let me know.
Dear Friend, I came to know that there are 2 and 3 BHK flats available in this project. 2 BHK have an area measuring 1150-1250 sqft and costs between 80.50-88 lakhs. 3 BHK have much larger floor space measuring almost 1600 sqft and they are priced at Rs. 1.12 crore. The flats have international amenities like swimming pool, club house, landscape garden, community hall, visitors parking, 100% power backup and much more.
Hey Dear Anuj, Congrats to know that you are planning to book a 2 BHK flat in Dudhe Sea Regency. I too have booked a 3 BHK flat some time back in this project. After my through inquiry came to know that the apartments have sufficient water supply to cater to the daily requirements. The flats have municipal water connection line and moreover the presence of deeply bored bore wells will meet the water requirements for daily needs. So you can be rest assured that there will not be any water issues in this project.
