Hey Chandra, I have discussed with Ajnara sales team and the guy told me that it is because of phase 1 open parking issue but they have resolved this issue now & there is no concern. I do not know what is the exact reason behind it.
Hello Jia, Yes, they are giving possession for Phase-1 as one of my friend has booked a unit in it but the possession of Phase-2 would be 3 years from the date of launching.

Hello Nilu, Even i have a family and one have to catch the bus for school. So, i went for a site visit and find out the nearest bus stop, market, schools and hospital. The area is in developing phase lot's of construction work is going on that locality. In coming days we don't have to face problem. Its easy accessibility from the capital and other suburbs, offers a strategic location. It is only 15 minutes drive from Noida and 30-40 minutes drive from Hapur. The locality has the all the basic social and physical infrastructure in place. There are several schools such as GD Goenka Public School, Delhi Public School. The Vaishali Delhi Metro Station is at a distance of just 5-km and there are plenty of intercity buses from the ISBT located just 3-km away.
