Hey Thoraipakkam is a good location to live.It is a developed area. Most of the IT Hubs and IT companies have been launched here. Many fast food joints like KFC, Dominos & others have put up outlets there to cater to the growing need. Thoraipakkam is becoming a self sustained locality and there is no need to go to Adyar for any needs.

@Gurmeet: Thorapakkam is a very nice locality. And well connected with the other parts of the city. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Yes It will be good for investments as you can get good returns in future.
