@Pranab: Hey its a nice idea. The project os located in OMR,Thaiyur. The location is very good. The current price per sq ft will be Rs 3,750 - 3,850.

@Pranab: OMR is the fastest growing corridor in Chennai. Its near fomral college before SSN engineering college in OMR. Surrounded by multistorey apartments & near hiranandhanis proposed 2nd project in Chennai. Best locality to invest & expect a high returns in a short span of time. Yes OMR is very famous and very good for investments as you can get good returns in future.

Hello Anandraj: Units such as 2bhk and 3bhk is available. The price for 2bhk will be Rs 30 lakhs onwards for 800 sq ft, for 3bhk it would be Rs 50 lakhs onwards for 1300 sq ft.
