Hello Dipti, The expected date of possession would be 2 years from now i.e. March'2016. I haven't heard any bad news till now. Because this builder has a very good reputation in Pune. Yes, You can get a home loan easily as HDFC and Axis Bannks are providing loan for this property.

All the units in 3BHK has been sold out and 4-5 units in 2BHK in 1186-1300 sq.ft, Rs.1.36 crores onward are available for booking. There is no issue with the project. It has got all the approvals from Pune Municipal Corporation. They quoted the same price as it now. But there is a chance of negotiation if you are really interested for buying.
