Hi Vatsa,
As i have booked a unit of this project, what is the condition of the civic amenities in the locality? How many floor are being constructed under this project. Do you have any construction update?

Hi Saurav,
Location of this project is good as it is road touch project to Dhayari Bus stop and market is at its door step. Corporation School is in 100 mtr distance, main road is 1/2 km from the project, nearby market is in 1.7 kms, it's nearest shopping mall is in 1.8 kms and hospital is just 2 kms away.
It is a G+8 apartments constructed under two wings having 56 units. But currently only 2 units are available for booking on 7th floor.
As it is a ongoing project the construction work is in full speed.

When is the possession date of this project? Which all bankers are providing loan? Is it comes under the Pune municipal Corporation?

Yes, it is a govt. approved project and has got all the approval by Pune Development Authority. Almost all the leading bankers are offering loan for this project. This a ready to move project and one can get instant possession after fulfilling the paper work.

You can go for Chandralok Nagri. It is good project by Trimurti Associates at Ganesh Nagar in Pune. Location is the biggest strength of Chandralok Nagri. It offers only 2BHK affordable apartments in 934-968 sq.ft where the price of 934 sq.ft is 48.56 lacs and 968 is 50.33 lacs approx, @5200/sq.ft +additional charges
