Well as far as i know the approvals are inplace and so in the NOC from the airport . Major private and nationalised banks have approved this and are providing loans as well . for eg: HDFC, LIC etc.
This is an under sonstruction project and is slated to be ready for possession by december 2014. when i last visited the first slab was done and the work is going at full pace.
