Thanks Shweta,
What are the location advantages? How far is the basic necessity from the project site? Which are the leading developers of the area? Why is the Kharadi preferred investment destination?

Your welcome Samrat,
Kharadi is located on the suburb of Pune, Kharadi has been growing due to strong economic initiator. It has become a preferred investment destination after Viman Nagar and Kalyani Nagar. It has all the advantages of location near the IT and industrial hub, proximity to the airport and railway station. Many leading developers such as Kolte Patil, Gera Developments and Niyati are active in the region. Transport facilities is too good. The average capital value at Kharadi stands at about Rs 5000 per sq ft.
