Mohali-house purchase

Q: We want to buy my deceased father's kothi in Mohali. There are 8 siblings that own a share of it. WHat is the best way to buy this? In my name or my husband's name? Will we still need NOC if it is purchased in my name from my siblings?

Hey Harsharan, Yes NOC is required from all the eight siblings and from the person on whose name you are buying the property.
