The comments are over-stated, the association has changed over last 12 months and new members have been doing a good job of keeping the gated complex very well. The maintanence has also been reduced since late 2013 and there is enough water/power with backup.

Hi, If you may tell me which part of the comment is a over statement I am obliged to help you with data and facts. 1. Maintenance for a 3BHK last month(jul-14) was 5600! 2. 40% of the apartment being empty is data which you should be aware of 3. The ill-treatment by some of the association leads towards tenenants - I experienced it first hand. I have video / audio footages. We have shared that already to the print / tv and social media. Will share the links shortly as this is being pursued legally. 4. I do not deny the fact apartment amenities are well maintained. if you read my 'over-stated' comment I have said the same in the last line. But end of day, we all are looking for good people and not club houses and pools. Infact I can give a list of maintenance issues, but those are common for any high-rises which i am not even talking about. 5. 6.Requesting residents like you to reach out to the association and make sure tenants are treated equally, so that rental demand remains good in the market , which we both know is not the current state, merely by looking at the unoccupied apartments. 7. Many of the tenants and infact some of the well mannered owners are working towards sorting out this discrimination which is followed by the current association leads. If and IF things change I promise to come back and update this 'over-stated' comment.

Worst place!!! The owners residing at the apartment ill-treat and humiliate the tenants. Have different set of access rules for the common area for the so called owners and the tenants in spite of the maintenance fee being the same , which is a whopping 6000 per month!

Market is aware that almost 300+ apartments are empty out of 600+ apartments. And such incidents created by the owners who are residing there will make your investment totally useless. if you are planning this as investment. Think again.

If its for own use, dont get deceived by the amenities. You still have better place with better people.

@Pranab: The project is located in OMR Road, Padur. Padur is pure residential locality and just 1 km before the Kelambakkam Market. Many multistoried apartments have built by reputed builders and are occupied by middle income and high income group of people. It is very well connected by public transport system and frequency of bus services is very high. It is also situated nearer to Siruseri IT Park.

Some of the schools and colleges are Gateway International School, Hindustan University and Satyabama University.
