I did book flat in this project in Apr 2013. Sale deed done in Apr 2013. But instead of more than 95 per cent payment , still no signs of completion or possession.. Every now and then they say Oct 2016 then they say in Dec 2016 and so on ...
Does it matters if you get it in writing for the date of possession. Inspite of written commitment this project is going very slow. I was given the possession date March 2015. and its July still progress in only 60%.. think before investing in this project.
Hi agnikant, I can understand your concern. I would like to suggest you to the discussion this matter with your builder and ask for the valid reason of delay. Also, you can claim compensation against the delay in possession.

Dear Shweta, I booked 2 bhk in the project in may 2013 @ 2600/- project seems ok. But my advice is you may visit the personally to see quality.
Current price of 3BHK in 1350 sq-ft, @2700/sq-ft. which cost around 36.45 lacs all exclusive. Project is strategically located at Pipla Road,Besa Nagpur.
@Nitesh, BUt i heard by some reliable sources that work is very slow. If you book make sure that date of completion is incorporated in sale deed. From their go slow work it seems completion may be off the schedule.

Hi all, It is come to know that they are increase the rate of Flat no-1/2/5/7 by Rs. 4517/sq-ft. in 911-953 sq-ft. Even they are saying that the possession date will be December'2015.
I think you have not done proper home work before commenting. Present s in the are not more than Rs 2700/- per sq feet. pls confirm. I am talking abount City 3 on besa pipla rd , Nagpur.
We read lot of poor people are robbed of their hard life earnings. To encounter , there is urgent need for very strong housing regulator aprt from single window clearance for any project. In fact city 3 4 ..etc are not exactly on wardha rd but on besa chowk- pipla road. Thet have completed one project at jaripatka named pyramid city 1 . u can see some sampls flats .

Hello Pravakar, SBI is providing loan for this project and without any approval by the concern authorities bank never allow any loan. This is a NDA approved project and currently SBI are offering loan. Some paper work is going on with the other banks for offering loan. If you are interested to take a home loan from Axis Bank then you have to talk to your bank yourself.

Wardha Road is the main location of Nagpur City as growth rates are very high in this locality. The location is just 1 km from the Sahara City.
