Q: Please tell me your experainces about Harihar Nagar Zari Project at Wardha Road

Latest Answer: Hi Monica, Harihar Nagar, Zari is a proposed new township in 25 acres at Zari, 19KMs from Zero mile, Nagpur on Wardha road. It is situated amidst lush green surroundings and open spaces with schools, colleges, hospitals, temples, highway and stadium in the vicinity. In phase-1, 164 units (independent bungalows, row houses and twin houses) will be developed with top class infrastructure like roads, electricity, drainage system, sewage treatment, Jogging track etc.

Latest Answer: Take care that Pyramid builder does not specify date of completion in sale deed and simply collect basic 20 to 40 per cent amount and take its own sweet time for construction.

Latest Answer: I did book flat in this project in Apr 2013. Sale deed done in Apr 2013. But instead of more than 95 per cent payment , still no signs of completion or possession.. Every now and then they say Oct 2016 then they say in Dec 2016 and so on ...

Feedback on Pyramid City Builders.
Q: Builder is a cheater, don't believe them.
While booking the plots they promise many things, and once it is registered your problems will start.
There will be many things in the registration document which you may not have imagined. Initailly they will say that they will pay the interest until posession, but once it is registered they will give one or other reason and say they will not pay the interest.
While booking they will say, project will be completed in 1.5 to 2 years, but that time is already over, but still not even a single block construction is over...
Please don't get into their projects.

Latest Answer: Hi Habeeb, Every builder has pros and cons. Builder can extend the possession time by 6 months, for which now-a-days almost all the projects are getting delayed. Builders are misusing the law and strict action should be taken for that.
