Also in the proposal is GNIDA's administrative block in KP-4 on 8 acres as well as a medical college-cum-university with a 500 bed hospital in Gautam Buddh University spread over 511 acres along the Yamuna Expressway. There is also proposal for a convention centre, a heliport on 25 acres area, a 33KV sub-station are in place. Work is ongoing on the night safari park and the 1,483km-long DMIC. The night safari park has been planned over 150 acres near Murshadpur Reserve Forest along the Yamuna Expressway; the estimated cost of the project is around Rs 102 crore.
Hi Hritwik, you are right ..infact many feel that greater noida has already surpassed in developments from other NCR areas... there are residential areas, SEZs, commercial and retail space and the hospitality industry has taken this place to new heights...
hey, there are also plans to extend the dwarka line to greater noida uptill pari chowk and also to start work on the direct fast metro service to the IGI, a distance of 60Km to be covered in 50 mins.... GNIDA also plans to set up a power plant that will provide uninterutped power service
yes you are right.. do u guys know that the total land of greater noida is 36000hectares and the master plan 2031 plans to add another 58000 hectares thus making the area to swell to 94000 hectares..which is a good space to plan a lot of developmental activities....
