Hey Deepankar since wanted to know what documents you should check with builder before taking the possession, here is the list which I came across. They are: 1. Possession letter 2. Letter of allotment 3. No objection letter 4. Agreement letter 5. Sale deed 6. Blue print/ copy of the plan 7. Commencement certificate 8. Completion certificate

Hi Padma, I spoke to one of the sales executive and he told me that this project was launched in the year Nov 2013 and most likely the possession will be around Dec 2016. I think this is a good project to invest as the location is excellent with sublime climatic conditions. One can rightly expect a good appreciation value in future since the demand is more for flats, row houses and cottages in this place.
Hi Lalit, As far the transport and connectivity is concerned the project is well connected by road and rail modes of transport. The project is located in the stretch between Pune-Mumbai Expressway. Buses, cabs and taxis are also available from this place. Several long distance trains also do have a brief halt at Neral station which is near to NRDL Viviana. Local EMU's also run from Karjat to Neral station.
Hi Rakshit, Came to know that 1 BHK in NRDL Viviana costs between 13.50-26.53 lakhs. The flats have area ranging from 435-855 sqft. The present price is Rs. 3103 per sqft which is being charged by the builder.
