Hi Asim, Occupancy Certificate will be given once you cleared all your dues or the final payment as per the payment schedule.
It is a Joint venture project of ECC-DB-Konark. near Terminal 2 of International airport in Andheri. DB Realty will have a 75% share in the project. This JV will develop 7 towers of 12 storey each with a total built up area of 4.7 lakh sq-ft. The project has achieved financial closure and the work has commenced for the first phase. The entire project is expected to be completed in three years.
I have booked one flat out of very limited by builder on 20:80 scheme after which the builder realized it was beneficial to the customer to a huge extent and not so much to themselves. It's a fantastic project and great location. It is also one of the few projects which is low rise and only one building so posession won't be delayed like the other projects the builder is known for. My flat is on 10th floor with airport view. If anyone interested in taking it. I need funds so can sell.
Currently this project is under construction and it is expected that the possession date will be September'2017. If you are planning for loan then HDFC will help you as they have approved this project. And you will have to pay Rs. 108 for floor rise.

It's current price is Rs. 15000/sq-ft. And a 2BHK will cost to you Rs. 2.17 crore whereas 3BHK will around Rs. 2.31 cr. to 2.56 cr. onward. It is G+15 storey apartment consists 5 blocks.
Hi Deepankar, Oh Ok. Looks like the connectivity is excellent. May I know what is the rate the builder is quoting and which banks are offering loans for this project? Should I go for fixed or floating method for availing loan. Need your suggestions?
Hi Vineet, Came to know that the builder is charging Rs. 15500 as rate per sqft. Many banks have tie ups for this project for availing home loans like HDFC, ICICI, Citi bank, Standard Chartered bank and Axis bank. As far the mode of payment is concerned it is upto you to decide which option is best suited for you based on your requirements and the budget and the tenure of repayment.
Hi Shantanu, I had been to the site some time back and came to know that the flats are located at prime location in Andheri East. It is very close to Hyatt Regency hotel and at close vicinity from Mumbai airport. Andheri station is just 10-15 minutes drive from DB SkyPark and is close to many schools, hospitals, malls and restaurants. Bus services run by BEST are always available at regular intervals. Besides taxis, autos are the other modes of local transport available from the place where the flats are coming up.
Hello Lalit, I have booked a 2 BHK flat in this project in month of Jan. 2 BHK have an area measuring 1488 sqft and are priced at 2.30 crore onwards. If you are looking at bigger area then you can go for 3 BHK which have an area ranging from 1540-1710 sqft and the price comes to approx 2.38-2.64 crore. The price quoted are without registration and other charges.
Mr Sankalp, I too have booked a 2 BHK flat in this project. In fact the amenities provided are far too good like swimming pool, podium car parking, WiFi connectivity in every flats, 24/7 water supply, 100% power backup, club house, child play area and much more.
Hi Rakshit, Heard that work has already commenced for this project. In fact the project was launched in the year Dec 2013 and builder will be giving the possession by Dec 2016. Totally the flats have 5 blocks having 15 floors each.

Is the location and the connectivity good enough as I have a plan of buying a flat in this project since I am getting relocated from Cochin to Mumbai.
