Hi I am interested in buying a flat in Nathani Heights. How well is the connectivity and infrastructure services available from this place to other localities as I am new to this city. Please help me out? Presently staying at rented accommodation in Grant Road.
Hi Kishore, The flats are primarily located in Mumbai Central with easy access to Mumbai Central station which is hardly 2-3 kms. Other localities are like Grant Road, MumbaDevi, Khetwadi, Agripada and Tardeo are also at a distance of approx 6-7 kms. Frequent bus services are available from Mumbai Central towards western suburbs, south Mumbai and also towards central suburbs. Mumbai Central is also a major railway junction where several long distance trains arrive and depart on daily basis to JamNagar, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat and Baruch. Mumbai airport is located at a distance of approx 12 kms and CST is 4.4 kms respectively from the project.

Hey u there!!!!!. I found out from sales executive that Nathani Heights in one of the ongoing projects developed by Nathani Group . The flats come with 2 and 3 BHK units. The area for 2 BHK comes to about 1890 sqft and are priced at Rs. 4.45 crore. 3 BHK comes with area measuring 3500 sqft and the cost comes to about Rs. 8.22 crore. Work has already been started since October 2013 and possession is likely by Dec 2016. The builder is charging Rs. 23500 as the rate per sqft.
