Which all units are available here ?? Can you tell me the price range and size quoted for it ?? Are they providing any discounts or negotiations ?

@Kunal: Units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 1bhk for 30 lakhs onwards for 574 - 583 sq ft, for 2bhk will be Rs 89 lakhs for 1423 - 1695 sq ft, for 3bhk it would be Rs 1.02 cr for 1919 - 1986 sq ft. For negotiations I think it would be better if you directly speak to builder, but as far as I know they a=will be giving slight negotiations.

@Kunal: Hey the locality is fast developing area and looking forward to buy few more properties in the same locations in near future. Good business center and good connectivity to all parts of the city and available of malls and good roads leads to all parts of the cities. Definately it will be good for investments as the locality is in good demand..so you can get good appreciation in future.

Hello Komathi, this project is located in Opp AKDR Golf Court, Bharathiyar Nagar Main Road, Thoraipakkam. It is a very nice locality. And well connected with the other parts of the city. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.
