Hi Siddharth,
This project comes under Gram Panchayat Town Planning and got all the approval with them. Yes, there is a chance of negotiation at the time of booking.
HDFC, ICICI, LIC Housing Finance, SBI, Axis, IDBI are providing loan for this property.

Hi Shweta,
Greenfield Ph-2 by Bhandari Associates offers only 2BHK apartments from 967-1004 sq.ft, @ Rs. 5300/sq.ft + additional charges which cost around 60-67 lacs. It is a single G+7 building in which totals no of units are 52.
Well, as i had a word with their executive and found that possession would be near around March'2015.

How is the locality of Hadapsar? If i book a property for the investment prospects, what would be the minimum investment horizon?

Hello Siddharth,
Hadapsar is a prime and decent locality in Pune. It is one of the well developed location in pune. It is around 8 to 10 km from Pune Central Railway Station and Magarpatta just a km away makes Hadapsar a hot spot for working class. All the basic facilities like school, banks, market, hospitals, ATM etc. are available nearby the locality.
Current property rates in Hadapsar is 5000-7000/sq.ft. It is a highly developed area of Pune and minimum 2 yrs of time horizon for investment is a good decision.

How is the project connectivity with the major part of the city? Is there any good hospitals nearby the locality? what is the current status of the construction work?

Well Siddharth,
As per my knowledge is concern it has a good connectivity with the other part of the city such as Magarpatta within 2 kms radius, DPA, DAV, New India School, Euro Kids are within 1.5-2 kms radius, vegetable market like Megamart and Reliance is in 1.2-1.5 km distance, Kulkarni and Krishna Hospitals are in 0.8-1.0 km areas whereas the nearest Pune Railway Station is 10 kms from the project sites. Bus service is also good in this locality. Shastri Nagar is the nearest Railway Station of this area.
The construction work is in full swing as the pillar works on 1st floor has completed.
