Hey Vineet, The apartments are coming up in the prime locality in Kalina. It is very near to Kalina market and Canara bank. Mumbai airport is approx 9.5 kms from the site. The connectivity is good as one can take the Jawaharlal Nehru Road and CST Road to reach the project. One can also take the BKC Road which is at near proximity. The nearest suburban railway station is the Khar station.
Hi Shantanu, I got in touch with the executive and got to know that it is a semi covered parking. The builder is not charging anything extra towards parking as the parking charges are included in the price of the flats. About home loans, came to know that they have tie up with HDFC bank, Axis bank and IDBI bank shortly.

Dear Lalit, Raheja Gurukrupa has 2 and 3 BHK units. 2 BHK comes with area of 830 sqft and are priced at Rs. 2.32 crore. 3 BHK comes with 1200 sqft area and they are charging Rs. 3.36 crore. The present rate what the builder is charging is Rs.28000 per sqft. Also came to know that the amenities includes children play area, swimming pool, 24hrs water, 100% power backup, security and gym.

Hi Bikram, Heard that it is one of the ongoing projects undertaken by Raheja Realty which is coming up in Kalina in Mumbai. Work has already been commenced on this project since its launch in Oct 2013 and possession is likely by Dec 2015.
