Hi, I am planning to buy a 1 or 2 BHK flat in this project for which I have to apply for a home loan. Can somebody tell me which are the banks providing loans so that I can book at the earliest in this project.
Hi Jerome, Nice to know that you are planning to book a 1 or 2 BHK flat in Swastik Epitome. Upon my inquiry with the sales executive, came to know that HDFC, Axis bank, Canara Fin, IndiaBulls and SBI are the banks which have tie ups with this project for providing loans.
Dear Jerome, In fact the builder is also giving some decent amenities like garden space, jogging and walking tracks, 24 hrs power backup, gym, tennis court and club house. Right now they are charging Rs. 5100 as rate per sqft.
Mr Ashish, Spoke with the executive and learnt that the flats are coming up on the stretch along the Virar-Nallasapora Link Road. The project is also located close to Virar station which is only 4 kms away. I have booked a 2 BHK flat in this project for investment purpose 2 months back.

The apartments have 1,2, and 3 BHK flats. 1 BHK has an area ranging between 645-675 sqft and are priced at Rs. 34.42 lakhs. 2 BHK comes with an area measuring from 815-995 sqft and costs approx Rs. 50 lakhs. 3 BHK have larger area consisting of 1300 sqft and the price starts from 66.30 lakhs onwards excluding registration and Govt charges.
