Hi all,
This project has a good connectivity with the main city. Hadapsar is around 8 to 10 kms from Pune Central Railway Station and Magarpatta is approximately 1 km away makes this place a hot spot for working class.

Realty market is also influenced by the small and large-scale factories close to it. This includes Gits Food Products, Honeywell, Bharat Forge, Kirloskar, Accurate, Serum Institute of India and other small-scale companies.

Hello Piyush,
As per the conversation made with the executive, she told me that the possession would be next year December, i.e. December'2015.

Almost all the leading financial institutions and centralized banks are proving loans you can approach other banks as well with the relevant paper works.

Well Piyush,
It is one of the most developing area of the Pune. This project is lies on the road. Some big townships are happening here. Two major IT hubs in the locality are the SEZs at Magarpatta City and Fursungi IT Park. There are also a number of educational institutions in Hadapsar including schools, colleges and Engineering institutes. It is well connected by buses to the rest of the city.

Hi Prabhakar,
As per as i know that Mayur Geminus by Bunty Group is offering 1/2BHK in 668-1111 sq.ft. The basic price told me was @3700/sq.ft + additional charges.
Yes, for this month they are giving a huge discount on spot booking.
