Well Rohit, Prabhat Road along with Senapati Bapat Road, Model Colony and Shivaji Nagar is amongst the most prime and center most locations of Pune. This area has some good school, hospitals, malls, banks and restaurant very close to the project. Due to its location people move towards this area because all the basic daily needs are within 2kms of diameter. So, the demand of this area increase its price every passing year. The current property price of this locality is between 15000-17000/sq.ft so in coming year the scope of appreciation is good.
Hi Vinay, Almost all the leading financial institutions and nationalize banks are providing loan for this project. As you know that only 5BHK in 3549 sq.ft, @18000/sq.ft i.e. Rs. 6.38 crores is going to be construct.

Hi Pravakar, It sounds good that you are planning to buy a decent property in decent location. But 60% of the units have been sold out and only few units on 2nd and 5th floor available for booking. NO, There is no changes in price since its launching date so no discounts or negotiation in current price.
