Which all banks are offering housing loan for this project? What will be the cost of a 2BHK in Shriniwas Alok?

Well Piyush,
Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering housing loan for this project.
It will be around Rs. 1.78 Cr. to Rs. 2.12 Cr. for a 2BHK.

Do you have any updates about its approval? Which local body has approved this project? When is the possession date?

PMC has approved this project and all the necessary approvals are in place. It is expected that the date of possession will be February'2017.

Shriniwas Alok by Darode Jog & Associates located at prabhat Road, Pune offers 2 BHK residential flats from 991-1182 sq-ft. The current price quoted by the developer is Rs.18000/sq-ft. It is a G+5 story apartment consists 15 units.
